Soon after this realization, I became aware of the fact that with this deeper understanding of love that was developing for me, as I applied it to the challenges I faced in life, those challenges became easier to manage. The scenarios improved, the challenges shrank, and the opportunities grew. And from there, it didn’t take much longer for it to dawn on me that this was true of the challenges we face in the world too. As we each develop a deeper understanding of and connection to love, the big challenges we face in the world improve too.

“I was hooked on The Love Intention from the first chapter.
I felt that it was written to me, for me. (Of course, it helped that the location of Strother’s first personal story is set 30 miles from my hometown.) That aside, the story touched me for its content and message.
Every chapter is based upon a real story from Strother’s life. Storytelling is how men have passed down their experience and life lessons from time eternal. Strother tells us about his experiences, big and small, and how each incident helped him grow as a man. The stories are varied – some sad and some joyful. What the author gained from each experience is clear, without being moralizing or preachy. As I read the chapters, I wanted to see how it affected the author. I could see the why he selected each story and its message. But, in some cases I intuited different meanings. That’s a sign of a good storyteller – the meaning of the story becomes personal.
I recommend you read this book one chapter at a time before jumping to the next one. Let each story and its meaning turn over in your mind. Savor this book. I did.”
